As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be responsible for provide essential support with a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities

 

Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.Keep customer requirements updated in our system.Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders.Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders.Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.Manage daily escalations & issues.Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.

 

You Bring

B.S degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or related field.Customer care related experience.Fluent Portuguese, Advanced level of Spanish and Intermediate level of English.Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.Excellent communication skills and team spirit.Knowledge of MS Office applications,  SAP knowledge is a plus.
