Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, process orders efficiently, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the B2B department to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing back-office operations and maintaining accurate records.
• Address billing-related questions and concerns from customers, providing clear and effective solutions.
• Monitor and manage backorders, ensuring customers are kept informed of updates.
• Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and track order progress.
• Maintain a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably handling high call volumes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them for task tracking and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to manage billing functions and address customer concerns related to invoices or payments.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to process orders and manage backorders accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and administrative duties.
