Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and service to our customers while managing various administrative tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer success and problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Handle outbound customer service calls to assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Manage payment terminal downloading, shipping, and related processes efficiently. • Process merchant applications and oversee merchant activations to ensure smooth onboarding. • Conduct concierge calls to provide personalized support and guidance to clients. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize and maintain customer data. • Collaborate with team members to address connectivity issues and ensure timely resolutions. • Provide administrative assistance to support daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency. • Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes for enhanced customer experience. • Engage in email correspondence to address customer concerns and provide accurate information. Requirements • Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role. • Proficiency in using multiple web browsers and navigating online tools. • Strong skills in email correspondence and effective communication. • Demonstrated ability to handle connectivity problems and troubleshoot technical issues. • Background in customer success and delivering high-quality service. • Familiarity with administrative assistance tasks and organizational skills. • Competence in data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements. • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook for managing customer information and documentation.
