Customer Experience Specialist
Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. Key Responsibilities + Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses + Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and ensure a high level of service + Provide product and service information to customers + Maintain accurate customer records and documentation + Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience YOU MUST HAVE + Experience in customer support or a related role. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Experience in providing exceptional customer support. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances. + Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
