Description We are offering an exciting contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the insurance industry based in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be handling customer interactions, processing customer applications, and maintaining detailed records. You will also be tasked with the responsibility of managing customer accounts and resolving any inquiries they might have. Responsibilities • Efficiently process customer credit applications in the insurance sector. • Maintain and update customer credit records diligently. • Use computer programs to manage data and customer records. • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries. • Perform data entry tasks to keep customer information up to date. • Manage mail processing tasks as part of customer communication. • Perform scanning, filing and receptionist duties as needed. • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. • Type under 45 WPM and ensure accuracy of information. • Assist in clerical tasks and ensure smooth operation of the office. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook • Experience in answering inbound calls in a business like fashion • Ability to assist customers with their queries and concerns effectively • Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed • Experience with mail processing, scanning, and filing tasks • Receptionist duties including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls • Typing speed of under 45 words per minute • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
