Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and processes to assist clients effectively.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
+ Ensure client concerns are addressed by working collaboratively with relevant internal teams.
+ Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system for accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
+ Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
+ Suggest enhancements to processes or services that can improve the client experience.
+ Build relationships and trust with customers by providing clear and helpful communication.
+ Assist in training team members on customer service best practices to promote consistency and excellence in client interactions.
+ Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and report findings to leadership.
+ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies with broader business goals.
Requirements
+ Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles (2+ years preferred).
+ Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused mindset.
+ Ability to handle challenging conversations while remaining empathetic and solution-oriented.
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
+ A solid understanding of client relationship management and service improvement strategies.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or specialized certifications preferred.
