Customer Experience Specialist
Customer Experience Specialist Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist I. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers through the various stages of the loan origination process, providing outstanding support and clear communication every step of the way. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and values delivering a top-tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the loan process + Manage a pipeline of up to 75 active loans, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups + Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and text + Clearly communicate next steps, documentation needs, and loan status updates + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep loans moving forward + Accurately enter and validate customer data in loan systems + Monitor task queues and proactively manage workload + Escalate complex issues to team members or supervisors as needed + Meet or exceed performance goals related to service quality, productivity, and responsiveness + Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines What We’re Looking For: + Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written + Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment + Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms + Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills + Team player who can also work independently + Experience in mortgage or financial services is a plus, but not required + Familiarity with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass) is a bonus + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
