**Job Title** Customer Experience Operations Specialist with English **Location** Brno, Czechia, hybrid **About Us** Ingersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency. **Job Summary** CX Operations Specialists primary tasks are related to first class customer support in terms of coordinating multiple teams in order to follow-up on progress of customer orders and resolving any barriers within the order to delivery process. The customer will be also responsible for resolution of customer claims.
