Are you passionate about customer experience, events, and creative collaboration? Join gategroup, the global leader in airline catering and onboard retail, for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in Q4 2025 within our Customer Experience team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to support impactful projects and customer engagement initiatives across a dynamic, global business. As part of the Customer Experience & Commercial team, you will contribute to two major initiatives:

• The development of our flagship Customer Engagement Event (Q4 2025 & Q1 2026)
• The creation and launch of the gategroup Cookbook (Q3 2025)

This internship provides a dynamic learning environment and the chance to make a real impact on the success of gategroup’s Customer Experience and Commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities

Support project management for customer events, collaborating with culinary, commercial, marketing, and regional teams

Assist in the design, production, and distribution of the gategroup Cookbook

Prepare Key Event Schedules, craft engaging presentations, and coordinate cross-functional activities

Help keep projects on track in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables

Key Skills

You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality or a related field.

You bring solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

You are confident researching, analyzing, and presenting information, with keen attention to detail and a focus on results.

You adapt easily, think proactively, and enjoy solving problems in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

You are fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally have some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
