As a CX developer, the candidate will focus on designing, developing and optimizing the business process, which enhances customer interaction with a company’s products or services.
They focus on improving users’ journey and ensure seamless experience between different platforms which supports customer engagement.
Responsibilities
+ Gather and Understand Business Requirements.
+ Collaborate with client and Internal Team to analyze business requirements.
+ Ensure accountability of Solutions.
+ Developed Customer Requirements Documents.
+ Developed Functional and Technical Design Documents
+ Developed Test Plan base on the Design Documents
+ Developed Implementation Plan of the Design Documents
+ Develop, test, deploy and optimizeCX solutions which improve customer integration, including RPA, Omni-Channel Contact Center, and integration using Automation and AI-Driven Tools.
+ Work on Projects, Sprint and Change Request basing on the Stakeholder’s requirement
+ Developed Built Document and Standard Operating Procedures Documents to handover to Operation Team.
Requirements
+ Familiar and able to work with different Project methodology – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
+ Familiar with Software Development
+ Familiar with CX products such as RPA, Contact Center Products, Session Border Controller.
+ Fast Learner on Products.
+ Understand and able to integrate with API.
+ Familar with JSON, REST, JAVA, JavaScript, ASP.NET.
+ Open Minded Mindset.
+ Able to Adapt to the VUCA environment.
+ Understanding of Source Code Management.
+ Good Communication skill to be able to gather information and demonstrate solutions to Stakeholder.
+ Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
+ Good Analytic and troubleshooting skill.
+ Able to work in extended hours.
