Requirements

\n

To be successful in this role you will: 

\n\n Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent\n Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening\n Must at least 18 years of age or older\n Must pass a Customer Service Skills Assessment\n Self-motivated with an outgoing, positive, energetic attitude\n Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations\n Possesses excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills\n Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload effectively with situation to detail \n Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies, analyze new situations and apply problem-solving skills\n\n

Those successful in this role have:

\n\n One or more years in Call Center Environment/Customer Experience\n Two or more years Medicaid or medical insurance experience\n Proficient with words and sheets\n Type at least 60 WPM\n\n

About the Role:

\n

As a Customer Experience and Correspondence Agent, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.  

\n

As a Customer Experience and Correspondence Agent, you will: 

\n\n You will actively listen to our clients’ customers; by utilizing your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction you have with them\n You will not only be there to help customers with their accounts, via telephone, email and/or website inquiries from our valued customers but also provide them with exceptional service. \n Respond to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems\n Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with complete and accurate information\n Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications\n Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology\n Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner\n Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology\n Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences\n Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers\n Can commit to 100% attendance during training period\n The ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding\n Strong work ethic\n Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $17.50 per hour.
