Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly attentive, detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-paced team at a leading meat manufacturer. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional service across our sales, production, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accuracy, cross-functional communication, and providing white-glove service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Essential Duties: 

\n\nAccurately enter and manage sales orders for our stock-at-foods program in alignment with production schedules.\nProcess order modifications and substitutions in collaboration with Sales Representatives.\nProactively communicate product outages and alternative solutions.\nPartner daily with Production and Scheduling to ensure order feasibility and timely fulfillment.\nWork closely with the Center of the Plate Specialist Team to ensure key customer program needs are met.\nLiaise with QA and Sales on high visibility “Orange Dot” customer accounts to ensure service issues are prioritized and tracked to resolution.\nRun and distribute key sales and inventory reports as assigned.\nResearch and verify inventory availability and communicate actionable insights to internal teams.\nServe as a liaison between the customer-facing teams and operational teams, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and solutions-oriented.\nMaintain a customer-first mindset, anticipating needs and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.\nOther duties assigned \n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales operations, or order management role (manufacturing or foodservice industry preferred).\nStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.\nComfortable navigating ERP and order management systems (Microsoft D365 is a plus).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and pivot in a dynamic environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nPositive, team-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.\nExperience working with production or fulfillment teams.\nKnowledge of protein or perishable product handling.\nAbility to think critically and act with urgency in high-pressure situations.\nFlexibility in a dynamic work environment, including working on weekends and holidays.\n\n
