Your Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats)Understand client needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficientlyEscalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-upLog customer interactions accurately and follow internal proceduresRepresent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in French and English – spoken and writtenPrevious experience in a BPO or call center environment is requiredFamiliarity with customer service KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage pressure and multitask effectivelyStrong problem-solving attitude and customer focusTeam spirit, adaptability, and commitment to high service standards
