Scope
Upon joining the StreamLabs team as a Customer Service Team Member, you become part of an organizaiton that believes in service exellence. You be part of an exciting, high paced team frequently communicating with customers to walk them through our processes as well as serving as the focal point of communication between customer and other service providers. You will be using various methods of communications phone, email, and text messaging to get in contact with business referrals. You will be trained on the systems we use, general insurance knowledge, general plumbing knowledge and coached through proper verbal communicaions.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound business referrals Contact customers in a timely manner Input sales orders Track shipments and input data into the company system Respond to customer service requests when necessary Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and raw materials High school diploma or GED certificate; associate degree preferredSales experience via phone callsAbility to organize multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliar with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareAbility to speak clearly, articulately, and grammatically correctlyExperience with Microsoft office 365Excellent written skillsSkills
