The CER plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience. This position supports two-way engagement to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the APM business in North America. The CER role provides the opportunity to work across the Order to Cash Process (OTC). This hybrid role is a key liaison with the customer and requires interactions with customers, sales, supply chain, product managers, demand management, warehousing and logistics within the company. Supporting Chemours’ SAP platform requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to help improve Chemours’ business tool capabilities.
**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
+ Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including:
+ Onboard New Customers
+ Process customer orders and returns
+ Developing and managing customer relationships
+ Monitor orders through delivery
+ Collaborate with Supply Chain and plant sites on order fulfillment
+ Initiate Customer complaint investigations as needed
+ Follow up on invoice/ accounts receivable disputes
+ Implement pricing changes
+ Manage desk in accordance with internal control requirements
+ Sharing customer feedback and insights with the sales team
+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with Customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Demand, and other cross functions that have direct/indirect impact on customer orders or E2E Order Fulfillment.
+ Lead and participate and drive simplification initiatives that streamline work processes and improve overall customer experience
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of Chemours’ business processes and tools, including the SAP and Salesforce.com platforms.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (telephone, email, and in-person)
+ Ability to work well in teams and interact at all organizational levels
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Customer-centric mindset with direct experience in customer service or customer care roles
+ Proficiency with IT tools, including SAP; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
+ Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
**The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:**
+ Experience in a customer experience/service role within the chemical or manufacturing industry
+ Prior hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.com
+ Strong organizational and planning skills
+ Demonstrated initiative in process optimization or continuous improvement
