We are looking for a Customer Excellence & Field Lead —someone with strong business acumen, deep market understanding, and the ability to collaborate, coach, and elevate performance.
The role consists of approximately 60% fieldwork, including close support and coaching the team, and 40% office-based work focused on strategy, analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Please note - This is not a people management role, but a key position that works closely with the sales force to guide, support, and optimize field execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Act as a strategic partner to the sales team—monitoring field execution, identifying gaps, and providing coaching to optimize performance.Design and deploy impactful customer engagement strategies in alignment with commercial objectives.Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Data teams to ensure cohesive and compliant field execution.Collect and synthesize field insights to inform internal stakeholders and enhance brand strategy.Lead implementation and adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making in the field.Support account planning, customer segmentation, and tracking of key metrics to maximize impact.Improve processes and innovate e.g., understanding of automation options to drive efficienciesServe as a role model for compliant, patient-centric engagement, respecting Medical Independence at all times.JOB-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
Strong field understanding and hands-on experience in customer engagement.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and engagement data.Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.High learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.Digital fluency and ability to translate tools into actionable field practices.Integrity, compliance orientation, and a genuine team player.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field (advanced qualifications are a plus).Medical/scientific knowledge of therapeutic areas and treatment pathways.

Proactive, strategic, and highly collaborative professional with experience in pharmaceutical sales, commercial excellence, or field force effectiveness.Able to coach, influence, and inspire teams without direct managerial authority.Passionate about data, performance improvement, and customer engagement.Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
