The Position
As our Customer Excellence (CEx) Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial and customer excellence, breaking silos to ensure seamless and meaningful customer experiences, and driving overall performance. You will lead and develop a high performing team focused on elevating the end to end customer experience. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Additionally, you will:
Translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies by delivering advanced, value-driven services through platforms like Patient Support Solutions, omnichannel engagement, business insights as well as shape best in class customer journeys, digital touchpoints and engagement models. Drive cross functional alignment around customer insights and journeys. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and measurable impact across commercial, market access, medical and beyond. Foster a data driven culture leveraging dashboards, KPIs and insights to guide decision making. Drive excellence across commercial operations, including patient support programs, market research, sales effectiveness, and open-innovation partnerships with key external stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should also have:
4 years of experience as customer/commercial/operation excellence leader 8-10 years of overall experience in commercial or similar roles Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Proven track record of direct people management and capability of managing cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in a matrixed organization. Strategic thinking with the ability to drive patient-centric, data-informed, and KPI-oriented initiatives across commercial and field functions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of frontline sales, market access, and project management. Experience in multi-channel engagement, innovation, social media, and stakeholder collaboration. Within the healthcare environment is a plus. Fluent in Hebrew and English
