The role
As the Customer Engagement Project Leader specialized in omnichannel and personalized customer journeys, you will lead strategic and innovative omnichannel projects to optimize customer experience and drive satisfaction and engagement among healthcare professionals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will orchestrate seamless, multi-channel customer journeys aligned with local and global strategies, while ensuring efficient lead management and campaign execution. Top responsibilities:
Develop and implement the affiliate’s omnichannel strategy aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
Lead omnichannel lead management strategies—generating, qualifying, nurturing, and converting healthcare professional leads in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Design and coordinate smooth, consistent customer journeys across all communication channels (digital and physical), identifying friction points and proposing continuous improvements.
Facilitate training and change management to ensure internal teams embrace omnichannel engagement practices and tools.
Manage project budgets, monitor KPIs and campaign performance, and regularly report to internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or omnichannel project management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field.
Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable omnichannel engagement plans.
Excellent project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders
