As Customer Engagement Manager (Brand Manager) within our Immunology Team, oversees the strategic planning, development, and implementation of marketing activities for our products. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the brand's success by driving market share, improving brand awareness, and aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

Develop the local Customer Engagement (Brand Plans) strategic and operational plans in collaboration with medical, customer experience teams and key support functionsDefine brand positioning, messaging, and implement marketing campaigns across various channelsAnalyze market data to drive insights and make actionable decisions for business growthPrepare and manage the annual brand marketing budget, tracking financial performance metricsCollaborate with MCO Brand team to implement regional strategy  and content roadmap at country levelBuild relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and scientific societiesLead pre and post launch activities to maximize product potential in the marketEnsure team members have necessary knowledge and tools for effective customer engagement

About you
 

Education:

University degree (medical field preferred) with additional education in Business Management or Marketing considered an advantage

    

Experience and knowledge:

Experience in pharmaceutical industry in Marketing / Customer Experience areaProficiency in strategic analysis, planning and project management

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical skills with ability to use tools to improve customer engagementExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesSolution-focused mindset with creativity in problem-solving

Languages:

Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
