Customer Engagement Manager

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue, including identifying new opportunities for key large international customers across Southern Europe.
 

This is a hybrid role that offers you the flexibility to work both from home and from our offices in Massy or Lyon, France.
 

What you will do:

Map out the customer landscape, identify key stakeholders, and build a relationship with them.Manage customer communication regularly to provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.Manage customers and deliver revenue.Work in close cooperation with the Program Management team to manage expectations.Coordinate activities with Solution Management and Product Marketing to ensure our value proposition is clear to the customer.Prepare final quotation in collaboration with other key stakeholders within Tria Technologies.Follow up on quotes and lead negotiations.Conduct business review meetings.Prepare budget plans and forecasts.Take responsibility for expanding our business within the customer organization.Serve as the escalation point for customer issues.Manage commercial contracts, audits, self-assessments, and quality contracts.


What we are looking for:

Experience in global management of large customers.Background in high-tech product development culture.Experience in embedded and IoT (hardware, software, display, and manufacturing).Experience in solution and value-selling methods.Fluent in French and English.Fluency in German is considered an advantage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong presentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; any additional language is a plus.Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset.Ability to connect with management-level stakeholders in large organizations.Open to travel.
