Customer Engagement Digital lead F/H

The role 

As the Customer Engagement Digital Project Lead, you will be the go-to digital expert for the affiliate, driving customer-centric digital initiatives across the organization. Acting as a strategic partner to marketing, medical, and sales teams, you will lead the design and execution of digital solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement. This role blends hands-on project execution, digital operations, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. Top responsibilities: 

Lead and execute digital engagement projects (websites, HCP portals, webinars, CRM flows) aligned with business and brand goals. 

Act as digital sparring partner for marketing teams, ensuring all campaigns are customer-centric and digitally enabled. 

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (agencies, content teams, IT) from project scoping to post-launch optimization. 

Drive adoption and visibility of digital tools across internal teams and ensure training and change management are in place. 

Analyse performance and customer insights to continuously optimize platforms, content, and customer journeys. 

 

Qualifications 

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management or customer engagement, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or consumer health 

Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field preferred 

Strong strategic mindset with a holistic approach to customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration 

Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital and web development terminology to engage effectively with technical teams and partners 

Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills to operate in a cross-functional and international environment. 

 

About the Department 

Customer engagement team is part of the CUBE department. The CUBE department embodies the dynamic of excellence and transformation at Novo Nordisk France. Our primary objective is to evolve customer engagement by aligning the subsidiary's ambition with market needs, healthcare professionals' expectations, and patient journeys. Our second objective is to strengthen business and operational excellence by supporting decision-making and implementing new working methods. CUBE acts as a transversal lever serving field and headquarters teams, in close connection with other departments of the subsidiary
