Customer Engagement & Data Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Customer Engagement & Data Manager to lead customer outreach and engagement for executive-level events across EMEA. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of event marketing, data strategy, and CRM operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data into action. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end registration processes, optimising large-scale datasets, and driving insights that strengthen customer relationships and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer data through ongoing cleansing, segmentation, and validation.

Define and execute strategies for selecting customers to invite to executive-level events, aligned with business priorities.

Design and implement invitation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, creating toolkits for consistent regional execution.

Lead the setup and management of event registration systems and related technologies.

Oversee the end-to-end invitation process, including timelines, stakeholder approvals, and compliance with data governance standards.

Collaborate with agencies to brief, create, and deliver targeted marketing emails that drive engagement and conversion.

Provide accurate data and actionable insights for stakeholder reports and newsletters.

Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline CRM workflows and ensure efficiency.

Align data and outreach strategies with wider business objectives in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Work with analysts to automate data flows and reporting processes, reducing manual effort.

Identify and drive continuous improvements in CRM and data management operations.

Monitor and report on KPIs related to engagement, pipeline progression, and data quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, with experience managing and analysing large datasets.

Strong understanding of GDPR and EMEA data privacy regulations.

Proven background in customer data management, CRM strategy, and marketing operations.

Familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Splash, and Power BI.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Strong organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience creating and implementing scalable standard operating procedures.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
