**Customer Engagement Coordinator - Diabetes** **Position Overview** Responsible for supporting sales & marketing activities for Sanofi products through administrative coordination, event management, and project support. **Key Responsibilities** **Administrative Support** + Provide office administrative support including scheduling meetings, document management, and travel arrangements + Support team communication and organizational initiatives **Marketing & Event Coordination** + Coordinate brand events and interface with external agencies + Support marketing team with planning cycles and digital campaigns **Budget & Project Management** + Manage projects and electronic systems (eHAT, eBUY, NAYA, Veeva vault) + Handle vendor management, contracts, and documentation + Maintain accurate records and payment tracking **Reporting & Compliance** + Prepare event reports and manage budgets + Ensure adherence to Sanofi's ethics and safety standards **Requirements** + Minimum 3 years in administrative and event coordination + Strong project management and analytical skills + Experience in pharmaceuticals/marketing field + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities + Self-motivated with ability to work independently **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
