**Mission**
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator with strong knowledge in Completions to serve as the key liaison between our customers and service delivery teams. Based in Islamabad, you will ensure that all aspects of service delivery align with customer expectations and contractual obligations, while driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Completions domain.
+ Ensure service delivery meets contractual terms, customer objectives, and performance metrics.
+ Coordinate communication between customers and internal technical teams.
+ Analyze customer job requirements and assess associated risks.
+ Prepare and present cost estimates and technical job proposals.
+ Capture and manage customer job requests and feedback.
+ Monitor service quality and facilitate customer satisfaction reviews.
+ Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate documentation and field tickets.
+ Support forecasting for workforce, assets, and product demand specific to Completions.
+ Identify and capture cross-Product Line sales leads and contributes to account planning.
+ Collect and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer trends.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Petroleum, or a related technical field.
+ 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the oilfield services or energy sector.
+ Solid understanding of Completions operations and technologies.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
+ Proficiency in service delivery tracking systems and data analysis tools.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with service quality (SQ) management and customer satisfaction tools.
+ Familiarity with resource planning and forecasting models.
+ Knowledge of the regional energy market and customer landscape in Pakistan.
