translating corporate vision into actionable roadmaps that mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes. + Provide business development support to the General Manager, including competitive intelligence, strategic planning input, and dissemination of market insights to the Senior Management Team. + Lead advanced analytics initiatives to link strategic processes with performance outcomes, such as value universe analysis, targeting effectiveness, overlap and concentration curves, and gap analysis of field execution. + Establish and develop deep and sustainable strategic relationships with the company's key strategic partners. **Digital and Multichannel Engagement Champion** + Define and execute a forward-looking digital and multichannel engagement roadmap that elevates customer experience and brand relevance across all touchpoints. + Oversee the localization and performance of global digital health platforms (e.g., a:care), ensuring alignment with national objectives and regulatory standards. + Champion data-driven personalization and content strategies that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. + Ensure digital assets and platforms reflect the highest standards of brand integrity, user experience, and compliance. + Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to embed innovation and scalability into the digital ecosystem. **Business Intelligence and Operational Excellence** + Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance scorecards that provide real-time visibility into strategic initiatives and market dynamics. + Synthesize complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. + Facilitate highly impacted leadership engagements, including strategic reviews, scenario planning, and transformation workshops. + Identify structural and process inefficiencies, and lead initiatives to enhance organizational agility and executional discipline. + Ensure seamless alignment between local execution and global/area strategic imperatives. **People and Performance Management** + Lead and manage cross-functional teams across project management, digital marketing, and customer engagement, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. + Build team capabilities by identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development programs. + Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven environment that aligns with company values and strategic goals. + Serve as a role model for ethical leadership, compliance, and cross-functional partnership. + Drive succession planning and talent development to ensure long-term leadership continuity and organizational resilience. **_SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES_** + Set a high bar for team performance and inspired the team to exceed expectations. + Build strong bench of talent development for the team with strategic focus and clear priorities. + Develop and implement Intrapreneurship culture for the team. **_MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_** **_Work_** **_Experience_** + At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic project management, commercial leadership, or customer engagement roles; + Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is essential; exposure to biosimilars, digital health, or pharmacy channel development is highly desirable; + Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including regulatory bodies, healthcare professionals, and commercial partners. **_Education_** + Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field; + MBA is preferred **_CORE Skills Required_** _Professional Skill_ + Required Project management, Consumer Marketing and Digital Communication Expertise + Customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding + Brand visioning and positioning + Product branding and messaging + Competitive benchmarking and strategies + Resource acquisition & allocation + Promotions, advertising, external agency relationships + Trade/retail and/or healthcare/institutional marketing + Global/Regional project management experience a plus _Behavioral / Leadership Skill_ + Apply Abbott Capabilities Framework _Language Skill_ + English proficient + Vietnamese _Computer Skill_ + Strong computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, internet searches. + A basic knowledge of business IT applications.
