THE JOB:

The Vice President of Customer Development is responsible for driving new casino customer acquisition and reactivating inactive clientele by strategically leveraging the company’s existing database. This role focuses on cultivating high-value relationships to grow market share and enhance customer loyalty.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Develop strategic plans to grow premium customer market share, with a focus on high-value acquisition.

Identify emerging markets and implement targeted tactics to attract new audiences.

Reactivate inactive customers by leveraging insights and contacts within the company database.

Collaborate closely with Marketing Executives and on-property teams to deliver exceptional service to premium guests.

Analyze customer gaming activity using loyalty systems and play data to recommend appropriate comps based on company guidelines.

Make credit recommendations and assist with credit collections as needed.

Address and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely, service-focused manner.

Support the development and execution of special events and attend as appropriate to enhance customer engagement.

Uphold company policies regarding record protection and ensure adherence to confidentiality standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and brings at least 6 years of management experience within the casino marketing industry.

They possess deep expertise in player development and maintain strong, established relationships with VIP clientele.

A current book of business is highly desirable.

Candidates must either reside in California or be open to relocation.

This individual is strategic, service-driven, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to grow and retain premium customer segments.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$156,000.00 - $260,000.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s equity plan.
