Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Customer Development Executive - São Paulo** **Job Summary** Know and sell products aligned with CP's strategy (Direct and Indirect), following a work plan that includes visits to customers and stores, good planning with the objective of achieving the stipulated growth and developing the potential of customers, always aiming to gain market share. The candidate must keep up to date with pricing, sell-out, inventory and promotion policies to provide information that will support him/her in negotiations. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** + Plan and organize daily customer visit activities; analyzing the needs of each account, seeking to achieve goals + Keep up to date with pricing, sell-out, inventory and promotion policies to provide information that will support him/her in negotiations; + Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to know all the features and benefits of each product; + Monitor the implementation and execution of price reduction activities; + Ensure excellent execution of the 5Ps for all your customers; + Seek new opportunities to use sales funds by innovating in actions that go beyond the tabloid calendar. + Fully develop the potential of clients and the territory + Analyze activities and their results + Train client and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.) + Keep clients' current accounts updated monthly. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree, desirable in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering. + Solid commercial experience + Solid experience with Google tools, Office, Power BI, Power Query, DOMO, Scanntech, Neogrid and Nielsen Data & Analytics. + Use of information to generate Insights and create action plans to delivery results; + Live or willing to relocate in SP. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in the commercial area in fast consumer goods or consumer goods industry. + Presentation Skills Knowledge of the direct and Indirect channel retail + Intermediate level of English **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
