Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **About the role** As a **Customer Development Executive** you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients based on trust and respect, focusing on marketing and developing the 5P's for different product categories. The overall goal is to drive profitable sales growth, improve product distribution and market share, and maintain a healthy credit portfolio, all in line with business principles. **Main Responsabilities:** + Develop and maintain strong relationships between the company and its customers. + Implement commercial strategies and ensure the effective execution of the 5P's. + Enforce defined credit policies and achieve territory sales objectives. + Proactively communicate with customers, participate in top-level meetings and negotiations, and monitor Joint Business Plans (JBPs). + Carry out administrative account tasks such as handling credit notes, rebates, account maintenance, and creating commercial agreements. + Plan and execute tactical activities and trade visits to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and ensure brand execution. + Manage customer inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper product displays both on regular and promotional shelves. + Analyze sales and promotional data to make business decisions, prepare growth and promotional plans, and support negotiation processes. + Oversee the implementation of 5P strategies in line with commercial guidelines. + Drive incremental distribution, expand brand visibility, and support business growth. + Understand customer needs and offer solutions proactively. + Be curious, agile, and digitally adept, especially in adapting to omnichannel environments and leveraging eCommerce opportunities. **Mandatory Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field + At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Area or Trade Marketing + Intermediate English (Oral and Written) + Proficiency in Excel for handling large amounts of information + Active driver's license **Preferred Qualifications:** + Microsoft Office, Google Tools and SAP management + Experience in consumer goods company + Strong negotiation skills **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
