Our Customer Analytics & Data Strategy team is looking for someone motivated and curious to join us in a Data Strategy internship role. We’re seeking someone passionate about problem-solving, communication, and product thinking—someone who’s eager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
As a Data Strategy Intern, you will support the Product Owner and the rest of the team in translating user and stakeholder needs into product requirements, helping shape the vision for our internal tools and processes. You’ll contribute to backlog management, assist with product documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies. You’ll join a young, dynamic, and passionate team where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are part of our daily routine. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from a wide range of experts, gain hands-on experience with real projects, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that support our Marketing teams.
Your mandate:
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements
Support backlog management and help prioritize tasks based on evolving needs and objectives
Assist in overseeing the full product development lifecycle, from design to delivery
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to regular status updates for internal teams and stakeholders
Help develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of team processes and workflows

Fluent in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools is an asset
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
