Overview The Customer Data Segments & Structure Analyst will provide expertise and thought leadership on the maintenance, structure and usage of the customer hierarchy, order processor, and segmentation reporting across the PFNA business. This role will work with cross functional and cross divisional stakeholders to establish, and deliver consistent business oriented implementation of data maintenance and structural setups to enable the business over the long term. Responsibilities Serve as the SME as it relates to customer data setups, including down stream impacts to customer usage, data structures, and provide business context to changes to those structures. Review and resolve on going customer business data issues raised through incidents. Be the link between demand planning, supply, sales, reporting, and promotional teams to ensure accurate and appropriate maintenance to critical SAP data structures. Collaborate with various colleagues in the PGT space, including Global Process Experts, IT, Value Stream Leads, Data CoE team and Super Users Network in all PQGC markets. Support and collaborate with Business SMEs who will provide Business and/or Process Knowledge and help with additional Data Activities which may include: Legacy Data Cleansing, Data Construction for new business implementation, and Business Data Validation/Sign off for project related change management activities. Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business teams, and ensure clear and timely communication to domains affected by upcoming maintenance activity. Support colleagues on the Business Data Team assigned to other areas, as requested. Provide expert knowledge and experience to business processes directly linked to customer data maintenance (example – promotional planning, pricing, business planning, etc). Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing) for continued system enhancements and changes to data maintenance processes. Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training to business stakeholders as it relates to customer maintenance activities. Other data support and data maintenance activities as required by ongoing business needs. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Technology or Related Field or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years in CPG or similar industry. Background in Supply Chain and Sales Execution including field level execution an asset. Understanding of SAP Data Structures, and general data governance principles. Functional knowledge of SAP and core use of Master Data in transactional processes. Understanding of direct store and warehouse delivery systems within the CPG industry. Experience with process improvements, and technical development processes within a structured ERP solution. Familiarity with business analytics and data integrity processes. Strong analytical skills and aptitude for dealing with large and complex data sets.
