Customer Data Administrator (Maternity cover)

Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. With a diverse team of over 700 people, representing 40+ nationalities and speaking 20+ languages, the BSC is the central hub for business services. It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Data Administrator you will support the sales and marketing organization in account and contact data management. That includes the day-to-day management of Global Customer Master Data, including the processing of creation/changes/blocking/unblocking/classification setting, grouping and/or hierarchy setting requests and monitoring data quality. You will be the primary contact for account data for the various (country) sales organizations and marketing teams and will be working with various ERP systems (mainly SAP), CRM system (C360/Oracle Siebel and Sales Force) and TPH, as well as external tools (e.g. D&B) to make sure that the account data is maintained accurately within the agreed timelines and SLA.
    
- Responsible for creating and maintaining account master data in C360 CRM, ERP systems, and TPH within an agreed timeframe (SLA) and defined standards:
- Enter account master data in C360 and customer master data in SAP (and Oracle before phase-out) based upon documented processes and inputs from Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Sales representative and Credit Management.
- Maintain (C360 CRM, Oracle, SAP, and TPH/Reltio) Customer Master database integrity and ensure efficient screening of new customers/current customers. 
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and hold requestors accountable to customer data standards, policies, and guidelines that don’t meet the requirements.
- Improve continuously the consistency, integrity and availability of business relevant account data.
- Develop an understanding of end to end account creation and processes to provide quick and world class experience to our customers.
- Support the account data validation and review above systems in order to clean-up the existing account data base ensuring adherance for guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
1-3 years’ experience in similar role e.g. (Master) Data Analyst, Customer Service, Order Management.

Skills:

Basic ERP skills (Oracle, SAP) would be a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional European language (e.g. German or French) a plus, but not essential.
