**POSITION SUMMARY** :
Are you looking for an opportunity to get in the door at a growing company? Kemper is looking for someone just like you! As part of the Kemper Policy Administration team, you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-time position, you will primarily be responsible for processing incoming requests from our clients.
Our office is open Monday – Friday, there are multiple shift options including a four (10 hour day) work week.
**LOCATION:** This position is located in Chesterfield, MO.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** :
+ Thoroughly review, research and update policy information in accordance with policy standards
+ Data entry of policy information from incoming client requests
+ Process insurance notices timely through appropriate methods
+ Provide written correspondence to clients.
+ Retrieve historical archived files per internal requests.
+ Perform and complete special projects as assigned
+ Effectively manage daily workload within necessary service levels
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ This is a remote position.
+ This is a hybrid position.
**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS** :
+ · High school diploma or equivalent.
+ · General clerical/office work experience.
+ · Strong written communication skills required, including grammar.
**REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:**
+ Prior experience in a role utilizing verbal, written communication, and professional telephone skills
+ Experience that reflects ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
+ Proven track record of multi-tasking ability
+ Examples of organization skills and ability to prioritize work
