Summary:
Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists. Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications.

Required Experience: 6 years Customer Service, of which 2 years must be in a Contact Center or as a Medical Concierge. 1 year in a Supervisory Role in related field. Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects.
Preferred Experience is 1 year NICE Suite. Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment. Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
