Job Description
Accountable for optimally delivering results in customers on a (driving service/Operating Strategy Adherence) cost and cash improvement and commercializing Supply Chain improvements.Demand to order shaping: Generate customer purchasing order and drive optimized incentives; Drive communication between customer team and business unit to optimize supply chain service measurements.Order to Delivery: customer order processing, appointments, coordination with customer warehouses to address abnormal delivery and billing. Weekend duty is needed by Bi-monthly basis.Corporate responsibilities: JD POP(12 stores) logistics measurements tracking and consistent improvements activities needed based on frequent customer rule changes.2. Responsible for owning the Supply Chain relationship with the customer and assessing and translating customer supply chain needs to build and deliver the joint value creation plan to ensure results and become the preferred supply network.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or above, Supply Chain related major preferredProficient data analytical skill with data analysis tool(excel, power BI) and able to lead Root Cause Analysis processGood communication skill to work with multi-functions and external customers.High stress resistance, Agility to adapt business dynamics and Resilience to get through tough momentsBasic understanding on eCommerce business model.
