**556482 Customer Collaboration Manager, Supply Chain - Personal Health (Stamford CT)** Play a key role in transforming our end-to-end supply chain by leading strategic customer collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Your role:** + Serve as the trusted supply chain partner to key customer accounts, driving joint improvement plans that enhance service, cost, and inventory performance. + Lead digital and Lean transformation efforts, using data to identify process improvements across planning, order fulfillment, and logistics. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Order Management, Finance, Logistics, and 3PLs to deliver customer-centric solutions. + Champion operational excellence by aligning strategy with execution, optimizing material flows, and driving compliance with quality and regulatory standards. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with background in customer collaboration, demand/supply planning or S&OE considered a plus. + Your skills include strategic customer collaboration, customer service management, cross-functional project leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean principles. + You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP, Blue Yonder, and other planning tools. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
