Customer Collaboration Analyst (CPFR)

In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers. **How you will contribute** You will: + Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio + Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction + Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers + Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives + Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Experience in CS&L and with customers + Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office + Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills + Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs + Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility **Tus tareas:** + Serás el punto de contacto del trabajo colaborativo con el cliente + Colaborarás con la detección de oportunidades y gestión sobre la solución que permita mejorar constantemente los KPI’s logísticos internos y con el cliente (Fill Rate, Instock, DOH, OSA, Found Rate) + Contribuirás a alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía mediante la correcta gestión y seguimiento al abastecimiento regular – promocional del cliente en centros de distribución y tiendas. + Mantener un BIAS forecast de sell out en tiendas en un alto nivel de accuracy para anticipar el consumo y así reducir el riesgo de quiebres. + Operar bajo alineación interáreas y accionar con anticipación las gestiones requeridas para un abastecimiento impecable en tiendas (promociones, activaciones, sustituciones, entre otros) + Conocer el E2E de la cadena y desarrollar optimizaciones en el manejo de datos que faciliten los análisis para la toma de decisiones + Desafiarás las dinámicas de abastecimiento actuales para lograr eficiencias logísticas con clientes, que se traduzcan en ahorros para la compañía. Generando proyectos colaborativos internos y/o con clientes **Requisitos del cargo:** + Ingeniero civil industrial, comercial o similar. + Experiencia como CPFR en cuentas claves de al menos 6 meses. + Alta capacidad analítica y gestión rápida sobre oportunidades. + Orientado en logro de resultados y KPI’s + Conocimientos transversales de la cadena de abastecimiento y eficiencias logísticas. + Habilidades para construir relaciones interpersonales y de negocios. + Habilidad de trabajo en equipo, responsable, pensamiento proactivo, flexibilidad + Nivel de Excel intermedio – avanzado. + Conocimiento en SAP deseable. + Manejo de Power BI ideal, pero no excluyente. + Experiencia trabajando con sistemas ASR y AWR No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary **Wacam is Mondelēz** **International’s Latin America presence with more the 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
