How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.Execute the strategy for the customerOptimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operationsServe as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building partnership and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communicationProvide accurate sales forecasts and deliver against financial KPIsDevelop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive revenue growth and market shareAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risksCollaborate with Sales Planning and RGM teams to develop promotional strategiesWork with retail and logistics organization to ensure plan executionNegotiate trade, pricing, and promotional support within established guidelinesWhat you will bring

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldJob specific requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus.Successful relationship building/partnershipStrong organizational skillsData analytics & insights: proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with previous experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Trade Promotion Management tool experience preferredTravel requirements: Minimal travel required.
The base salary range for this position is $87,600 to $120,525; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
