Customer Cash & Credit Specialist

Job Summary
Works daily to ensure customer payments across multiple lines of CSX business are processed timely and accurately to customer accounts. Utilizes credit bureau resources to review and approve/deny customer credit applications to establish or maintain customer relationships. Collaborates with Accounts Receivable team to provide long-term solutions to correct repetitive problems. Perform cash receipt reconciliations to ensure all treasury activity related to customer deposits is properly reflected within the general ledger and sub-systems.

Minimum Qualifications
AA Degree/2-year undergraduate degree program1 or more years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Cash Applications or Collections.Equivalent Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED3 or more years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Cash Applications or CollectionsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree3 or more years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Cash Applications or CollectionsExperience with SAPKnowledge and Skills
