Your mission and responsibilities:
Lead and coach the Customer Care team to ensure the delivery of standardized workflow with quality customer service (i.e. registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistic, service confirmation, warehouse management)
Monitor service work assignments and team schedule planning with proper data collection for any service incident.
Manage service logistic and warehouse activities, i.e. Spare parts order and return from / to global CS Logistic Centers & tools / testing equipment delivery.
Continuously review, improve, and streamline customer service processes and workflows to enhance productivity.
Regular review with Regional team for product data, installed base and service performance.
Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned.
Your qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree holder or above
5+ years’ of supervisory experience is preferred
Knowledge in SAP & experience in digital transformation will be an advantage.
Self-initiated, well-organized, and attentive to details
Good people management with strong interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Cantonese, English and good command in Mandarin is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
