Customer Cares Representative

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)

Compensation Range: $19/hr - $21/hr

The Customer Cares Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by timely resolving concerns between customers and the dealerships. The Customer Cares Representative will demonstrate Lithia & Driveway’s mission and core values with humble confidence.  

What You’ll Do:  

Serve as a liaison between the customer and dealership

Take incoming calls from the Lithia Cares Hotline and fielding incoming cases to correct departments

Input customer concerns into the CRM queue

Respond to customer and Third Party inquires. Following up with customers within 48 hours to ensure communication and a pathway to resolution

Trend and track customer concerns in our Salesforce program

Develop continuous improvement plans for the dealerships by documenting observations and tracking concerns

What You’ll Bring:

1 or more years of experience in a professional or retail setting
