Customer Care Supervisor
Job Description

Brook Street is working with a growing client that is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully on-site based Mon-Thu 8-4.30 with early finishes on Fridays.

Main duties:

To supervise and manager Customer Care function.

To handle customer complaints and issues.

To train & manage office staff, delegate tasks etc.

To ensure H&S compliance.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Experience as an office supervisor or similar

IT Skills - Microsoft proficient

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
