Customer Care Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and objectives. **Job Duties:** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of the customer service team. + Provide guidance and support to representatives in efficiently resolving customer inquiries and issues. + Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations. + Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve service quality. + Manage difficult customer situations and escalate issues when necessary. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. + Analyze performance reports and service metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Train and develop the team to enhance their customer service skills. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred). • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and develop effective solutions. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Experience in a multinational environment is preferable **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
