**Pay Rate:** $16.15 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6am to 6pm
**Location:** Working on site in Albany, OR 97322
**Position Type:** Temp to Hire

**What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Specialist? You’ll be:**
+ Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, following standard screens and scripts.
+ Resolving customer questions and problems, referring complex issues to higher levels for guidance.
+ Assessing customer needs and suggesting alternative products or services.
+ Navigating computer systems to complete customer registrations and support service departments.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
+ Have 0-2 years of general experience in an office setting or customer service.
+ Possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
+ Are available to work between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
