Customer Care Specialist

Position: Account Executive

Location: Remote, based anywhere in France, with monthly travel to the Paris office.

Role Overview:

Managing support tickets and resolving customer issues Delivering training sessions during onboarding and throughout the subscription period Writing and updating knowledge base articles with the latest platform tips and instructions Collaborating with Product and Tech teams on process adherence and feedback loops Participating in projects to improve Customer Care tools and processes (e.g. live chat, satisfaction monitoring)

Requirements:

Are fluent in English (additional languages like German or Spanish are a plus) Have prior experience in Customer Support or Customer Care Possess strong soft skills: empathy, organization, autonomy, enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and proactivity Are an effective communicator in both writing and speech Can multitask and collaborate across different teams Have an interest in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing Bonus: you’ve used platforms like Zendesk before
