How can you leave your mark?

 

You will join Bureau Veritas Switzerland Government Services team, and you will work with the Operation Manager in the role of Customer care managing the following activities:

 

Manage tailored client requests and transform them into concrete scopes of work within Bureau Veritas' capabilities (e.g., pre-shipment inspection, customs classification, document collection, inventory visits, stock control, etc.);

 

Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the delivery service process;

 

Ensure seamless coordination and communication with clients;

 

Coordinate and oversee the execution of inspections;

 

Liaise with internal teams to mobilize appropriate personnel and logistics for on-site inspections;

 

Monitor the progress of ongoing inspections and address any issues that arise;

 

Maintain strong working relationships with local inspection teams to ensure an efficient and effective delivery service;

 

Assist incoming clients with their requirements and inquiries;

 

Process client offers and files, coordinating with various Bureau Veritas entities;

 

Follow up on client files and ensure the timely completion of inspection and assessment activities;

 

Manage the invoice process for client services;

 

Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities within the existing client portfolio;

 

Recognize and relay substantial sales potential to the Sales Leader through incoming calls and client interactions.

 

Required skills and attitudes:

 

Good Team spirit, Organized and Autonomous;

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably within the inspection, testing, and certification industry, or supply chain Services;

 

Graduate from High school or secondary education with proper experience preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade;

 

Common Software skills;

 

Fluent in English, German and/or French, any other language is a plus.
