Team Overview and Job Responsibilities: We are excited to welcome a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to our team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing orders and coordinating customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Efficiently handle order entry and management using the SAP system.

Customer Communication: Send order confirmations and ensure timely updates to customers.

Delivery Coordination: Create and manage deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

Comprehensive Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who Are We Looking For? To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Computer skills:. Knowledge of SAP business software is an advantage.

Language Skills: Fluency in Estonian and English. Other languages are a plus.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Team Player: An open, friendly attitude with a collaborative spirit

Customer focused: Desire to communicate with our customers

Independent: Independence and flexibility in solving problems.
