Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Process: Conduct lead evaluation, qualification, and follow-up; create and manage CRM data. Execute outbound calls for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer satisfaction surveys. Sales Process: Handle inbound/outbound telesales, process orders accurately in SAP, and verify customer credit status. Coordinate order fulfillment, manage manual product documents, and perform cross-selling. Update customer master data and reconcile cash sales accounts. Service Process: Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, SMS, email, or website with a focus on first-call resolution. Create and manage complaint documentation, recommend solutions, and coordinate follow-ups or on-site visits. Provide helpdesk support for product inquiries, fleet card concerns, dealership applications, and more. Administrative Functions: Log in/out for call routing, submit reports, attend training, and perform additional tasks as assigned.Training:
Complete an Orientation and Training Program to gain essential skills and knowledge; passing grade required.Work Location & Schedule:
New Sales Building, Jesus St., Pandacan, Manila Flexible work schedules based on business needs.
