Job Description:
CSR serves as the single point of contact and central reception for all computing concerns and inquiries . He/She shall also handle escalation, monitoring, and client feedback mechanisms.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
* First level phone-in, email and walk-in technical support for helpdesk, hardware/software, network and SAP queries
* Facilitate requests for SAP password reset, access in Pethub and enable PC username in Active Directory
* Centralized local dispatch of helpdesk, network and or SAP related queries or problems to helpdesk, network support and or SAP support personnel
* Update end users of progress of requests or status or repair
* Preparation of daily regular status report of all support services activities rendered
* Preparation of software and hardware problem incidence reports as may be required
* Assist in the installation of Cisco certificates
* Creation of PG WiFi username and password send to users thru email
* Assist users in Office 365 Self Service password reset
* Provide SAP Logon Pad to client users
* Perform other analogous tasks related to the program / account
Employee may be assigned in varying work schedules depending on requirement of the business.
