Customer Care Representative (Healthcare)

We are hiring a Customer Care Representative for our client. This role involves assisting patients and members by phone, email, or chat-answering questions, resolving issues, scheduling services, and providing information about the hospitals, medical groups, urgent care centers, and health plan. Preferred Knowledge & Experience

Basic computer and writing skills

Understanding of health maintenance organizations and customer satisfaction standards

Medical Office Certification preferred

Familiarity with EPIC and Talkdesk is a plus

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Minimum 6 months call center experience! must be in a call center! the more health call center experience the better

Basic computer and writing proficiency

Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and fast-paced environments (handling 60-80 calls/day)

Schedule & Hours

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Shifts:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

OR 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
