What You Will Do
The Customer Care Representative provides outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our positioning solutions. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Call customers to renew their subscriptions, up-sell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
Input sales orders, payments, and help customer activate their service
Update client accounts to maintain data integrity
Troubleshoot technical customer issues with service activation and operation
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Fluent in English; conversational in Portuguese/Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable, outgoing manner
Able to uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions
Skilled in outbound customer calls to solicit subscription renewals
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet tools and internet browsers
Technical expertise preferred
Experience in a customer service position preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Overtime/weekend work required during peak season (March-June and September-December).
About Your Location
This role is based in our Westminster, CO headquarters, requiring onsite work to foster close collaboration and team synergy.
